Secure Wallet provides a simple, fast, and secure way to sign in to your accounts. This login interface is designed to work with both conventional email/password authentication and hardware wallet sign-in flows. When you sign in with a strong password, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication and using a password manager to generate and store unique credentials. If you choose to use a hardware device, the hardware device serves as a second factor and protects private keys from compromise by keeping them offline.

How the login works

After you enter your email and password, Secure Wallet verifies your credentials on the server using modern authentication protocols. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled, you will be prompted to confirm the login using a Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) or a hardware confirmation. For hardware-based sign-ins, the system will request you to connect or unlock your device and approve the session on the hardware device itself. We never send your full private keys to the server; private keys remain on your device or hardware wallet and only signatures are transmitted when authorizing transactions.

Always choose a password unique to your wallet. Do not reuse passwords from other services. Use a reputable password manager to generate and store it securely.

Enable two-factor authentication

Activate 2FA (TOTP or hardware) for all accounts that support it. 2FA drastically reduces the risk of unauthorized access even if your password is compromised.

Protect your recovery phrase

Your recovery phrase is the ultimate backup to your funds. Never enter it into a website, email, chat, or store it digitally unencrypted. Keep it physically secure and consider split storage or a safety deposit box.

Verify URLs and certificates

Always verify the website URL and TLS certificate before entering credentials. Bookmark the trusted login page and avoid following links from unsolicited emails or messages.

If you cannot sign in, first verify your email address and password. If you still cannot access your account, try resetting your password via the registered email. Check spam folders for reset messages. For users using hardware devices, ensure the device firmware is up to date and that any companion apps or drivers required are installed.
